As a small business I take great care in the items I post. All cards are shipped directly from my home studio. All prints are shipped directly from my supplier either via Australia post or courier. All apparel items are shipped directly from the printer in Brisbane. While all care is taken, I can't always fix everything. Please let me know if there is ever a problem with your order and I will do my best to rectify. In most cases, returns are not available due to the nature of the product.
What Can Be Returned
Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned. Once an order has been placed online I cannot edit this order and I cannot cancel this order once it has been placed. No returns are accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase. I do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.
I do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. #Note: sizing measurements online are within +-2cm, anything outside of this is faulty. Print dimension / print placement measurements are within +-2cm and anything outside of this is faulty.
Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our couriers when we have dispatched to the correct address by the due date.
If a refund is agreed upon, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product:
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with;
- The date of your purchase
- Your order number
- What you would like to return
- Why you want to return it
- A photo highlighting the fault/damage
Once I have received this email I will organise a replacement / refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may have to return the product back to me at your cost.
I have outlined the approximate order time on each product. Most in stock shirts, prints and cards will be processed and shipped 5-7 days from order, in most cases, sooner. Please note that in the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that we use (Australia Post, Startrack, Toll Priority and Fastway) we cannot take responsibility, but in this rare instance we can refund your shipping costs in full. If you order a rush express order and your location is rural, international or not covered by the Australia Post National Express Post Network then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.
